Jpeg Fix (Mac Only)

If you've unsuccessfully tried to place (in InDesign or Illustrator) or open a jpeg file (in Photoshop) from a cellphone source, then this App will convert the corrupt JPEG to a valid file format.

Instructions for use:

• Unzip the download.
• Move it to a convenient location.
• Drop any corrupt file(s) onto the Application (called JPG2JPG).
• Choose TIFF from the pop-up dialogue (the App converts to TIFF and then back to JPG).
• Your corrupt file is replaced with a working copy which will Place in InDesign, Illustrator and Open in Photoshop.

Note that the App writes over the original file.
